We strive for a 99.9% uptime availability. This guarantee excludes:

• Scheduled maintenance windows.

• DDoS attacks or external network outages.

• Failures caused by the user’s scripts or third-party software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdWebHost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for:
